“Beauty is an energy for women. Therefore, I believe that career in the beauty industry is wonderful as it makes women happy.” Sachiko said. As a beauty professional, she has a special hairstylist, Ms. Yoshimura from hair salon, Doors. Ms. Yoshimura has been taking care of Sachiko for 8 years.

“The great thing about Ms. Yoshimura is her character. She has the capacity to accept things. When I was 55 years old, she cut my long wavy hair to short hair. It changed my way of life, and I found myself again.”

    Sachiko said.

This time, Sachiko wanted to have a hair style which cover her square shaped face. Actually it is not only Saschiko case but many women of UNIQUE PIECE generation one. Shape of face changes depending on age. It is a challenge for hairstyle when changing the expression of face.

Ms. Yoshimura proposed short hair style with movement.

“Sachiko is an active woman traveling all over Japan for her business. She also likes unique style, so I wanted to create a style which matches her character.  Short hair with short bang makes her smile even more beautiful.” Ms. Yoshimura said.

Ms. Yoshimura used razor cut to give a natural movement. For hairline along the neck, she used  scissors to create a round shape with natural movement.  For color, she mixed 9 level pink brown and 9 level red brown. She also applied gray hair color from the root to the middle to cover her gray hair, but from the middle to the end, she applied the gray color slightly to give a natural gradation.

Sachiko’s new hair style looks naturally round which makes her face shape triangular.

“I like my new hair style. I had a great time as usual with the atmosphere of the hair salon and friendly staff. I am very satisfied.” Sachiko said.
